Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30

The Opportunity: Cathay Investments is a diverse and growing global group. As we expand our internal support structures, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Desk Coordinator to join our Group Head Office in Croydon. In this role, you will be the central point of coordination for our UK commercial operations, representing two of our leading brands: Lantor (cable and composite products) and Euroresins (distribution for the composite industry). You will act as the essential bridge between our global sales managers, our customers, and our production facilities in the Netherlands.

Your Role: Working within our professional 20-person head office alongside our Directors and Finance teams, the Sales Desk Coordinator is the "anchor" of our sales process. Your day will involve a mix of high-level customer service, technical quoting, and international liaison.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Central Coordination: Act as the primary interface between global sales managers and the Netherlands production team.
  • Order Management: Manage orders efficiently and effectively.
