This is a full-time, temporary position offering a fantastic path to secure a permanent role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Communication: Arrange daily and weekly shift briefings with your team to clearly and positively communicate objectives, updates, and key information.
- SOP Mastery: Confidently describe, maintain, and train team members on all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within your operational remit.
- Continuous Improvement & Presentations: Coordinate and deliver monthly presentations to your peer group and Line Manager covering applicable processes, including a deep-dive into a focus area of your choice.
- KPI Management: Maintain a strong understanding of operational KPIs across your area and take ownership of meeting these targets consistently.
- Performance Leadership: Ensure all team members clearly understand their performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching to help them reach their goals.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a supervisory professional or Night Shift Team Leader in a warehouse, logistics, or operational environment.
