You will join the transport team based in Wellesbourne and will work together with other team members to manage the transport operations of both companies. You will need a CPC licence and the ability to operate on the vehicle operators licence for several of our sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring in sales and be responsible for profit and loss.
- Support sales efforts, onboard new customers, and grow the group transport business.
- Establish and find profitable revenue streams for a vehicle fleet based in Wellesbourne.
- Manage the bookings team in Wellesbourne to ensure efficient use of the internal fleet and external hauliers, ensuring timely delivery of customer goods.
- Manage an organized planning team to serve customer needs, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and efficiency.
