We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Croydon. This role is unique, as it requires balancing front-of-house excellence for both our dental practice and our corporate office operations. You will ensure a high-quality experience for dental patients while also managing the smooth arrival of office visitors.
Reception & Administrative Responsibilities
- Dual-Front Welcome: Greet and welcome all visitors (patients and office guests) on arrival and notify the appropriate staff.
- Communication Management: Handle all reception duties, including screening phone calls and managing enquiries for both the dental and office sides with a pleasant telephone manner.
- Scheduling: Organise and manage dental patient appointments as required.
- Logistics: Deal with incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers for the entire building.
- Documentation: Scan, copy, and type documents, reports, or patient correspondence.
- Data Integrity: Update and maintain patient files and office records within the database.
Occasional Clinical Support
