About the Role
At 3PL Resources, our FLT Operatives are pivotal to the daily logistics operation. You will be driving the flow of pallets through the building, managing both inbound stock and outbound despatches. This is a dynamic role where your time will be split between operating trucks in specialized layouts and supporting the wider floor team to keep the warehouse moving efficiently.

This role offers excellent long-term stability. After 12 weeks, we will be bringing successful candidates onto our sister company Amethyst Group Limited as full-time, permanent members of staff. - FLT Operation: Safely operate FLT trucks to put away stock and retrieve pallets for despatch within Very Narrow Aisles (VNA).
