Educational and Scientific models/ Sussex Vison is seeking a dedicated and technically-minded Production Operator to join our team. This crucial role is centered on the precise production and finishing of PU molds and medical models according to strict specifications. You will be instrumental in ensuring our products meet the highest standards for quality, quantity, and productivity, making them available for the next stage on time. If you are a hands-on individual with a keen eye for detail, a willingness to learn, and experience operating complex machinery, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation Setup: Operating, regulating, and configuring machine sections and process parameters via control consoles based on product-specific data.
- Material Handling: Supplying and removing raw materials, auxiliary materials, and semi-finished products, as well as loading/unloading (semi-)finished products.
- Process Monitoring Quality Control: Constantly monitoring the production process through control panels and visual observation. You will perform physical/mechanical measurements and final inspections to ensure the product's appearance and specifications meet required quality standards.
- Troubleshooting Maintenance: Identifying, correcting (within control limits), and reporting any deviations or malfunctions. You will also perform timely and adequate first-line cleaning maintenance on machines/equipment.
- Continuous Improvement: Contributing operational expertise and proposals to implement improvement projects that enhance efficiency and quality.
- Team Support: Providing assistance to technicians during maintenance and repair work.
