We're a rapidly growing, exciting business with lots of potential for someone looking to work in a commercially focused role as a HR Advisor. You'll gain a huge amount of practical experience in an interesting, fast paced commercial business where you can develop your career. We offer a very friendly and sociable working environment and are fully office based Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm.

As HR Advisor this role involves:

  • Dealing with employee relations cases from start to finish
  • Lead consultations, including restructures, TUPE, and changes to terms and conditions
  • Deal with all areas of employee relations including grievances, capability, disciplinaries, probation reviews, flexible work requests, absence management start to finish
  • Advise managers on steps to take to deal with HR related issues
  • Respond to queries through a shared HR inbox
  • Support Associate HR Director overseeing HR Apprentices / Administrators as required
  • Process paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Carry out and implement HR projects on an as and when basis

A great role in an industry leader, the HR Advisor will have a proven track record and will be expected to immediately pick up ongoing casework. The HR Advisor will have a minimum of 5 years HR experience (Essential) and have CIPD Level 5 or above (Desirable) and report to the Associate HR Director.
