Working Pattern: Monday to Friday | 10:30 to 14:30 | 20 Hours Per Week

Salary: £16,164 Per Year | £15.54 Per Hour

What you'll be serving up...

As a Cafe Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the cafe and ensure excellent customer service and the smooth running of the café.

The role will involve taking food and drink orders from residents, preparing and cooking fresh food, and serving a range of hot and cold drinks. Open Monday to Friday for breakfast and lunch service, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is highly organised, and values a great work-life balance.

You will also:
Prepare and cook food
Serve hot and cold drinks
Take card payments
Use the till and process transactions
Monitor and maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Report operational updates and challenges to management
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Place food orders and manage stock requirements
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the café's day-to-day operations while creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
