The Role - Deputy Restaurant Manager
Based onsite at our Bishops Avenue residence, we are seeking a Deputy Restaurant Manager to ensure that every event delivers a seamless, memorable guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency, quality standards, and profitability.
Working Pattern: 2 days out of 7 | 10:00am - 8:00pm | 20 hours per week
This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus in addition to base compensation. Bonus amounts and payout timing are determined by individual performance, achievement of team and company goals, and overall business results. Bonus eligibility and structure may vary by year and are subject to the terms of the company.
