Every dish is made with care, fresh ingredients, and a big helping of heart.
What you'll be doing:
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service by welcoming customers and taking orders accurately.
- Assist with food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, following food safety standards.
- Keep the café, customer areas, and back-of-house clean, tidy, and well organised.
- Help with general cleaning, stock replenishment, and the receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies.
- Support colleagues with a variety of day-to-day operational tasks as required.
- Operate equipment and basic machinery safely and in line with training.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent service, particularly during busy periods.
