Full time - Early Years Nursery Practitioner

Caterpillars Day Nursery is looking for a caring, enthusiastic and passionate Early Years Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will support children aged 0–5 years, helping to provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and thrive.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and is committed to providing high-quality care and learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Support children's individual development, interests and needs.
• Plan and provide fun, engaging activities and experiences.
• Act as a key person and maintain children's observations and records.
• Communicate positively with parents and carers.
• Follow EYFS, safeguarding, health and safety and nursery procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a supportive nursery team.
• Attend training and contribute to your own professional development
