MWM offers energy solutions based on high-performance gas engines, used in highly efficient combined heat and power (CHP) plants for decentralized energy generation. Our customized cogeneration power plants and integrated solutions support our customers in making their energy supply efficient, flexible, and future-proof.
Your responsibilities as part of our team:
- Act as a subject matter expert for our product and service portfolio, supporting go-to-market activities and sales initiatives.
- Deliver product demonstrations, customer consultations, and seminar sessions to consultancy firms, customers and external stakeholders.
- Analyze customer needs, product performance, and operational efficiency to identify opportunities for business growth and continuous improvement.
- Gather customer and consultant’s feedback and market insights to support product enhancements and new product development initiatives.
- Present and participate at industry conferences and be an active member of several industry societies.
- Manage and continuously improve marketing technology tools and systems to drive business performance and customer engagement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define priorities, align timelines, and develop the marketing technology roadmap.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and customer requirements to support strategic decision-making and growth opportunities.

- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver value-driven solutions.
