The role involves managing various aspects of payroll to ensure employees receive accurate and timely payments. You will be accountable for a wide range of payroll duties, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing while maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Managing the payroll cycle, from data collection to disbursement
- Creating and maintaining payroll reports and records
- Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Assisting in payroll audits
- Enforcing internal payroll controls
- Addressing employee payroll inquiries
Qualifications

- Payroll Management: Knowledge of payroll policy and methods; ability to use tools, techniques and processes to manage employee payroll and benefits operations
- Payroll Administration: Knowledge of policies, operations and standards related to payroll; ability to establish, implement, and administer policies, procedures, and systems for confidentially calculating, preparing and distributing payrolls
- Not essential but desirable skills: Knowledge of Germany or Slovak payroll processes and relevant legislation
- Additional language skills are a plus
