As a Material Planning Manager, you would manage agreed-upon inventory levels to provide raw materials and components flow from the supply chain to the manufacturing facility.
What Will You Do:
Managing the environment of the inventory stock room is in line with requirements for each product
Building a team – staffing, development, and performance management of materials management workers, ensuring a motivational professional atmosphere
Building collaborative relationships both with internal partners and external stakeholders
Managing a global supply base
Defining and maintaining optimal inventory levels
Performing inventory analysis and making recommendations for stock levels
Coordinating maintenance and support of inventory management software.
What You Will Have:
Degree of higher education or equivalent experience in related fields
Excellent leadership skills and experience
Ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and customers in a constructive and collaborative manner
Ability to transform numerical data into business insight
High adaptability to changing situations and a solution-oriented approach

Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry
SAP working knowledge

Salary: £52,500 to 65,500 annually
