Working with business leaders, HR Business Partners and enterprise learning teams, you'll identify capability needs, develop practical learning solutions and help ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to support business performance today and in the future. As an Learning & Development Manager, you are accountable for, but not limited to: Lead the development and ongoing ownership of a structured learning and development plan for Desford and Stockton, ensuring it supports current business priorities and future capability requirements. Partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify capability needs, assess skills gaps and agree learning priorities that support operational and organisational performance. Design and implement learning and development solutions, including apprenticeships, early careers and leadership development initiatives, that address identified capability needs.
