As a Team Leader in Logistics, you will lead and motivate a team responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient flow of materials across our operations. You ensure resources are used effectively, materials are delivered on time, and logistics targets are consistently achieved, all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate your team to achieve daily logistics goals, continuously monitoring performance across Safety, People, Quality, Velocity, and Cost.
- Champion safe working practices, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements, and participate in relevant training and development activities.
- Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) by generating and implementing improvement ideas for your area, maintaining a complete and accurate skills matrix, and ensuring all standard work documents remain up to date.
- Participate in Rapid Improvement Workshops (RIWs) to drive enhancements in Safety, Quality, Velocity, and Cost within your logistics operation.
