As a Material Planning Manager, you would manage agreed-upon inventory levels to provide raw materials and components flow from the supply chain to the manufacturing facility.
What Will You Do:
- Managing the environment of the inventory stock room in line with requirements for each product
- Building a team – staffing, development, and performance management of materials management workers, ensuring a motivational professional atmosphere
- Building collaborative relationships both with internal partners and external stakeholders
- Managing a global supply base
- Defining and maintaining optimal inventory levels
- Performing inventory analysis and making recommendations for stock levels
- Coordinating maintenance and support of inventory management software.
What You Will Have:
- Degree of higher education or equivalent experience in related fields
- Excellent leadership skills and experience
- Ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and customers in a constructive and collaborative manner
- Ability to transform numerical data into business insight
- Great communication skills
- High adaptability to changing situations and a solution-oriented approach

- Salary: £52,500 to 65,500 annually
