Salary/Grade: £51,236 - £64,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location: Larne

The opportunity: As the Senior Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, analysing competitive landscapes, and developing strategic plans to ensure our products meet customer needs and achieve business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.

What you will do:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis through collaboration with FG Wilson Dealers, Sales team and other internal business partners.
• Meet regularly with Dealer Network to understand customer needs and expectations.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Product Road Map for the FG Wilson brand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of product strategies.
• Play a key role in strategic planning sessions, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration, communicating product strategies clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Your ability to build consensus, manage expectations, and drive alignment across teams will be essential to your success in this role. Your insights and recommendations will be critical in guiding decision-making processes and ensuring the company's products remain competitive and relevant in the marketplace.

Additional information: There is a travel requirement of once a quarter.
