Salary/Grade: £44,980 - £56,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The opportunity: The Genset Sizing Support Manager will manage requests from customers, dealers, and our field staff for support around sizing EPD products for a variety of electrical load scenarios. This will include implementing new load modeling and output analyses, managing the case management and knowledge base processes for our sizing tools and training agents, directly supporting high value customer projects, and participating in dealer and customer training events.
What you will do:
- Train level one and two agents to address support inquiries from sizing tool users.
- Directly address level three support inquiry escalations.
- Craft knowledge articles that enable self-service and assisted support.
- Provide training at dealer and customer events.
- Identify and implement new load modeling, output analyses, and other functionality requested by customers, dealers, and field staff.
What you have:
Education: Engineering degree with an electrical discipline with relevant progressive experience. Candidates without a degree must be able to demonstrate substantially more relevant experience.
Technical Excellence - Level Extensive Experience: Knowledge of how site load requirements impact diesel and gas genset selection. Familiarity with how various engine, alternator, and cooling system combinations can be used to optimize performance.
Customer Focus - Level Working Knowledge: Understands the importance of customer needs/expectations and commits to resolving them in a timely fashion. Solicits input on customer and user experience and acts on improvement opportunities.
Global Perspective - Level Working Knowledge: Solicits global requirements and standards and understands how solutions meet the needs. Works with global customers and dealers and adapts approach to maintain positive working relationships.

Additional information: There will be up to 10% travel to meet customers and dealers. This position is currently a hybrid in-office work model, requiring a 3-day weekly office presence onsite at our Larne office and remote work for the remaining days. However, work arrangements may be adjusted at any time based on business needs.
