The Role: Supports a team typically comprised of sales, technical support, application experts, and product support field personnel to achieve goals to drive increased customer loyalty throughout the designated industry.
What You Will Do:
- Deliver business plan sales and market share targets for the company products in a given industry segment or market.
- Develop sales and marketing plan and manage merchandising plans to achieve business plan targets for company products and services.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through management of product and commercial issues.
- Leading the selling opportunities identification, customer satisfaction improvement and business relationship enhancement.

- Experience in developing and maintaining strong customer, dealer, and Caterpillar business partner relationships.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and sustain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal Caterpillar business partners.
- Skilled at collaborating cross‑functionally to drive aligned outcomes.
- Proven experience within the financial products market (banking, leasing, or finance).
- Solid background within the financial services industry, including banking, leasing, captive finance, or related financial products environments.
- Brings a strong understanding of financial structures, credit risk, pricing considerations, and regulatory or policy requirements associated with financial products.
- Ability to assess high‑level customer credit profiles through interpretation of financial statements.
- Demonstrated capability to evaluate customer creditworthiness by interpreting financial statements, performance indicators, and business fundamentals.
Salary: £68,543.00 - £80,000.00
Contract: Permanent. Hours: In office / in territory Monday - Friday, full time 37.5 hours.
