What You Will Do
As the Program Manager, you will lead the project team(s) executing all project activities related to fiscal reporting, engineering, procurement, purchasing, logistics, quality, EHSS, site technical assistance and commissioning of LEP Solutions projects. You will establish and manage the relationship interfaces between the project team, dealers, and customers, and aim to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the customer’s satisfaction. Specifically you will:
- Understand the project technical and commercial requirements, local conditions, statutory requirements.
- Develop project schedule, project costing, and manage document control.
- Collaborate with dealers in managing customer change orders, facilitating sound technical and commercial assessments and decisions.
- Develop risk identification and mitigation strategies with team members and dealers.
- Assist dealer project teams in developing and executing their project execution strategy, tactics, and transactional activities.
- Communicate and report regularly with team members, dealers, customers, and management.
- Leverage functional area leaders and team members to solve business problems and ensure project objectives are met; document and resolve issues using local or regional resources.
- Support the manufacturing facility quality engineer and dealer site team in closing project site punch list items.
This role also provides regional portfolio leadership within the department, promoting continuous improvement of project management processes through collaboration with the Power Solutions work group, customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
What You Have (Experience and Skills)
Project Management – Level Extensive Experience
- Plan, organise, monitor, and control construction and/or industrial projects, ensuring efficient use of technical and administrative resources.
- Present technical and commercial proposals and trade-offs to stakeholder groups.
- Advanced project/program management experience, including the use of MS Project or similar software.
- Knowledge of power system product and applications (beneficial).
Relationship Management – Level Extensive Experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels with a strong customer focus.
- Demonstrated leadership potential with accountability and urgency.
Flexibility And Adaptability – Level Extensive Experience
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and situations.

Education
- An accredited Engineering or Business Management degree or closely related technical qualification (or substantially more job-related experience if not).

- Up to 50% travel to customer sites across EMEA.
