Your Responsibilities As Part Of Our Team

  • Act as a subject matter expert for our product and service portfolio, supporting go-to-market activities and sales initiatives.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, customer consultations, and seminar sessions to consultancy firms, customers and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer needs, product performance, and operational efficiency to identify opportunities for business growth and continuous improvement.
  • Gather customer and consultant’s feedback and market insights to support product enhancements and new product development initiatives.
  • Present and participate at industry conferences and be an active member of several industry societies.
  • Manage and continuously improve marketing technology tools and systems to drive business performance and customer engagement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define priorities, align timelines, and develop the marketing technology roadmap.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and customer requirements to support strategic decision-making and growth opportunities.

Your Profile – What You Should Bring

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Experience translating customer needs into effective business and technical recommendations.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with sound decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, negotiate, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to resolve complex challenges through practical solutions.
  • Very good German and English language skills (C1 level). Another language is a plus.

Additional Information

  • This role requires being in the office five days a week.
  • This external facing role implies ability to travel 50-75%.
