The Opportunity We are looking for an experience leader to lead a team of manufacturing engineers responsible for designing, validating ability to integrate and implement lean manufacturing philosophy into existing production and management processes. Manufacturing Processes: Knowledge of existing product manufacturing methods, technologies and processes; ability to execute, plan, manage and monitor the entire manufacturing process. Performance Management: Knowledge of successful performance management techniques; ability to apply organization's performance management system, practices, and tools to developing and improving individual, team, and organizational performance. Capacity Planning ability to safely operate, maintain, update and store them. Robotics/Computer Controlled Machinery: Knowledge of robotics technologies and computer controlled machinery; ability to implement and operate robotics and computer controlled machinery in an automated manufacturing environment.
