The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive, technically skilled Quality Technician to support both our core assembly quality processes and the rollout of a new camera booth vision system within production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, working cross-functionally, and improving systems and processes.
What You Will Do
- Test and refine the system with real build conditions, ensuring high-accuracy image capture and seamless integration with PDI workflows.
- Oversee operation of the camera booth, diagnose software or process issues quickly, and escalate effectively to keep production running smoothly.
- Provide clear, structured feedback, support feature testing, and ensure updates enhance workflow efficiency and quality outcomes.
- Follow inspection standard work, capture detailed defects using digital/visual tools, and ensure findings are communicated clearly to drive timely containment.
- Contribute to structured problem solving, root cause analysis and CI activities that help improve build quality and reduce repeat issues.
- Support deployment, testing and early-life usage at additional sites, providing guidance and helping standardise best practice.

- Problem-Solving: Essential for diagnosing issues with the camera booth software, resolving production quality concerns quickly, and supporting effective root-cause analysis.
- High Attention to Detail: Critical for accurate defect capture, validating imaging outputs, and ensuring machine audits identify the right issues first time.
