The Opportunity

Join Caterpillar as a Learning & Development Administrator, where you’ll support workforce capability by organising training, managing learning systems, and coordinating activities within our Caterpillar Learning & Inspirational Centre (CLIC). This varied role also includes supporting STEM outreach and providing essential administrative support to help deliver key learning and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
What You Will Do
As a Learning & Development Administrator, you are accountable for, but not limited to:
- Support Health & Safety compliance by following company policies, maintaining safe working practices, and ensuring risk assessments remain up to date.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, maintaining accurate records in Workday and ensuring training rooms and resources are well organised.
- Collect, report, and track training data and metrics to support workforce development activities.
- Host and manage CLIC visits and STEM events, liaising with internal teams and external partners to coordinate logistics, marketing, and ambassador engagement.
- Raise purchase orders in line with company policy and provide general administrative support across the Learning & Development function.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining accurate documentation and supporting evolving departmental needs.
