General Welder Apprenticeships Scheme: Intermediate Level Apprenticeship

Location: Peterlee, County Durham

Hours: 36.5 (Full-Time)

Salary: £15,184 (will increase in line with the academic calendar each year rising to circa £37,000)

During the course of the apprenticeship, students will work towards achieving their qualification supported by their line manager, technical mentor and Learning & Development team in addition to their academic learning through their training provider and work-based assessor.

Structure of the apprenticeship General Welder: You will attend East Durham college for one day release over a 2 year period.

Background/Experience required:

  • 2 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above (including English and Maths)
