Salary: £41,593 + Dependent Upon Experience

About Power & Energy: Our Power & Energy segment supports customers in oil and gas, power generation, marine and industrial applications, including Cat® machines. The Opportunity: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to leaders across the business, owning the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle and shaping hiring strategies that attract exceptional talent. You will build strong partnerships with stakeholders, understand workforce needs, and deliver proactive, data‑driven solutions that support organizational growth.
What You Will Do:
- Counseling hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization; leveraging data to drive decision‑making.
- Recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and communicating orientation and start date plans for new employees.
- Utilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools and industry leading sourcing technologies to deliver the most qualified candidates for current roles and building strong candidate pipelines for future roles.
- Developing plans for sourcing appropriate and diverse candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to selected candidates.
What You Will Have:
- Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
- Customer/Market Focus: Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.
- Candidate Screening: Knowledge of techniques, methods and processes of candidate screening; ability to preselect suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization.
- Candidate Sourcing: Knowledge of techniques, methods and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long‑term job candidates.
- Staffing and Recruiting: Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain and relocate qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.
- Workforce Analytics: Knowledge of human resources (HR) and workforce issues and trends; ability to analyze workforce data, information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions.
