Salary: £66,000 to £75,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About E&ES: Caterpillar’s Electrification & Energy Solutions (E&ES) Division will focus on delivering advanced electrified power train, zero-emissions products/technologies, and the solutions and services associated with these technologies. Focus areas include batteries, fuel cells, motors, inverters, micro grid controllers, charging, energy storage systems, lifecycle solutions/services and integration of components for ePowertrain solutions across industries.
The Opportunity: We are hiring a Services Development Lead to manage the testing and execution of new service models in the market for specified Industry Groups. You will lead projects to turn ideas into pilots that demonstrate customer value. In this role, you will build the capabilities to deploy electrification services at customer sites. You will use clear data and simple stories to win support and help decide when projects should proceed or not. You will keep projects on track meeting key milestones and ensure our sales teams and process partners know what to expect and when.
Additional Info: There is up to a 10% travel requirement for this role (domestic and international). This role is based from the office in Peterborough 5 days a week on site is the expectation.

- Demonstrated capability to develop, refine and communicate plans providing the right level of detail to deliver complex projects.

- Demonstrable proactive, self‑starting approach with a strong aptitude for problem‑solving.
- The ability to anticipate, communicate and resolve problems before they create barriers to progression.
- Ability to communicate with key stakeholders at multiple levels across the business.
- Proven ability to use effective planning techniques to contribute to operational, tactical and strategic planning.
