Salary: £57,737 - £70,000 (depending on experience)

EAME Distribution’s mission is to deliver superior customer experience, profitable market leadership and services growth through industry-best distribution performance. We provide governance and administration of Cat® dealers across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Eurasia.
Responsibilities:
- Join the EAME Distribution Team as a Marketing and Sales Operations Consultant, responsible for the overall development of the Capability and Capacity of the dealer network within Sales and Marketing for Europe.
- Ensure execution of Caterpillar’s Marketing and Sales Operating Model across Europe region, through successful execution of the Differentiated Dealer Capabilities program.
- Represent Marketing and Sales Operations to key stakeholders, industry partners, and dealers.
- Lead key Marketing and Sales projects in dealer development within EAME, including Sales Funnel Management for Prime and Aftermarket Condition Monitoring, Coverage, Digital Marketing and Customer Experience.
- Provide strategy development, deploy best practice and lead the implementation of the Marketing and Sales Operations initiatives within the dealer network.
- Coach dealers to embed Sales and marketing capabilities within their dealership processes to ensure impactful decisions in line with Services Growth.
What skills you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance and/or Engineering.
- Extensive experience in Sales, Marketing, Retail, or Product support experience involving dealer facing responsibilities.
- Previous successful experience in marketing or sales project management or strong project/process management skills.
- Strong, proven interpersonal skills including public presentation proficiency and ability to earn trust and credibility with senior dealer management teams.
- Knowledge of CRM management, digital marketing channels and tools.
- The proven ability to effectively work with all hierarchy levels and influence others internally and externally.
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Additional language skills in German, French, Spanish, or Italian are an advantage.
- Willing to travel as required, up to 35% (within Europe).
