Salary/Grade: £53,288 - £66,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location: Larne

Benefits:

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Up to 18% bonus
  • Contributory pension scheme - Caterpillar will double the employee's contribution up to 6%

This position requires a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.

The opportunity: Caterpillar’s Electric Power Division has an exciting opportunity as a Transformation Program Manager. The Transformation Program Manager will lead multiple initiatives focusing on efficiency gains, to transform the Large Electric Power Solutions businesses. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work with stakeholders across the global enterprise.

What you will do:

  • In-depth initial planning to educate the team on the objectives of the projects and deliver a realistic plan to make commitments to the business.
  • Overseeing project processes and procedures; monitoring the productivity and performance of project team.
  • Managing all aspects of projects.
  • Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of project.
  • Reviewing and ensuring adherence to project materials, deliverables methodologies and procedures.
  • Lead the project teams to act with urgency and think creatively to execute projects.
  • Lead the project teams through changing priorities and requirements.
  • Extensive value stream mapping.
  • Preparing and presenting program level reporting for stakeholders.

  • Tracks project performance against plan, adjusting for critical path risks.
  • Guides global teams to maintain open communication and consistent project execution.
  • Experience with preparing and presenting program level reporting for global senior stakeholders.

Additional information: Travel up to 30% is required.
