As a Team Leader in the Quality team, you’ll lead and support a group carrying out product quality checks and audits. You’ll act as the link between your team and the Section Manager, helping to keep quality high, solve problems quickly and support your team to perform at their best.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance across safety, quality, people and production to meet targets and standards.
- Lead daily team meetings to share updates, priorities and performance.
- Respond to quality issues, helping your team investigate problems and put fixes in place.
- Train, coach and support team members, making sure they have the skills and knowledge needed.
- Plan team workload and resources to meet production and quality needs.
- Ensure quality checks, audits and equipment (including gauges and tools) are completed and kept up to date.
