The Opportunity:

As a Senior Construction Machine Operator, you will safely operate/drive a range of construction facility equipment within a controlled test and operational environment. You will complete defined machine activities while supporting product validation and performance assessment. This role requires precision, consistency and strong technical awareness. You will work independently and as part of a team within our facility.

  • Operating Backhoe Loaders, Wheel Loaders and Telehandlers safely and efficiently across varied tasks
  • Carrying out defined machine profiles including Y Cycles, loading, excavation and material handling activities
  • Supporting endurance testing and validation programmes to assess machine performance
  • Identifying and reporting defects, faults and performance issues during operation
  • Recording accurate data and observations using mobile systems and reporting tools
  • Working collaboratively with engineers and team members to support product improvement
