Role Definition
Performs administrative and in‑house support tasks for a sales team, helping to build relationships and improve customer experience.
What You Will Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide customer service regarding products and services, addressing issues related to customer orders.
- Perform general administrative duties, including maintaining files, schedules and appointments, for the sales teams.
- Maintain database and update records of contacts, accounts and orders as required.
- Monitor, prioritize and track status of orders to provide updates to customers.

- Account Management: Knowledge of account management; ability to manage day‑to‑day activities, providing services and support to existing clients.
- Knowledge of Product Line: Knowledge of methodologies, tools and techniques for specific products; ability to develop product line processes and strategies.
- Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service “value” and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.
