Location: Holly Farm Business Park, Honiley, Warwickshire (office-based)

Hours: Full-time hours Monday – Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am – 4.30pm.

Role Overview: You will be the hands-on Marketing Executive at Caterpillar Cross Stitch, responsible for planning and delivering integrated digital marketing that grows traffic, sales, and customer love for the brand. This role blends strategy and execution: you will set priorities, create and optimise content, run email and paid programs, manage the Shopify store, SEO strategy and delivery, and work with external partners to turn creative ideas into measurable commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing campaign planning and delivery across email, social, paid ads, and partnerships to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • SEO strategy, coordination and delivery including site structure, content strategy, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO coordination with developers and external partners.
  • Email marketing and Klaviyo management: design and maintain flows, run campaigns, manage segmentation, monitor deliverability, and run A/B tests to improve lifecycle performance.
  • Copywriting for ads, landing pages, product descriptions, blog posts, and social captions with a clear brand voice and conversion focus.
  • Managing the website and Shopify: merchandising, UX tweaks, app management, analytics, CRO, product setup, and ongoing site maintenance to improve conversion and customer experience.
  • Paid advertising: Across Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok and Bing: strategy, creative briefs, testing plans, budget management, and performance optimisation.
  • Assist with all digital marketing channels, PR and advertising (as required) - support the production of creatives for ads, product photography and liaising with external marketing agencies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment working to deadlines having excellent accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience in marketing and e-commerce (preferably in the D2C craft, gifting or lifestyle sector).
  • Expert knowledge and experience of Klaviyo.
  • Knowledge and experience of Shopify and growing an e-commerce brand.
  • Knowledge and experience of SEO.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a storytelling ability.
  • Knowledge and understanding of crafts, the creative industry and competitors.
