- Building warm, trusting relationships with children and families.
- Planning engaging experiences that inspire children's curiosity and development.
- Supporting children's learning through play and meaningful interactions.
- Taking responsibility for your key children, observing, assessing and planning for their individual progress.
- Working collaboratively with your team to maintain the highest standards of care, education and safeguarding.
- Helping create a nurturing, fun and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

We're looking for someone who...
- Holds a relevant
Level 3 Early Years qualification .
- Has at least
12 months' experience working in an Early Years setting.
- Is passionate about providing exceptional care and education.
- Enjoys creating exciting, child-led learning opportunities.
- Recognises and makes the most of teachable moments throughout the day.
- Can confidently observe, assess and plan for children's next steps.
- Works well as part of a supportive team while using their own initiative.
- Shares our commitment to helping every child achieve the very best outcomes.
