- What you'll be doing
- Building warm, caring relationships with children and families.
- Supporting children's learning through exciting, play-based experiences.
- Taking responsibility for your key children, monitoring their progress and planning engaging next steps.
- Working as part of a supportive team to provide outstanding care and education.
- Maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding and wellbeing.

We're looking for someone who...
- Holds a relevant
Level 3 Early Years qualification .
- Has at least
12 months' experience working in an Early Years setting.
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding care and education.
- Creates exciting learning opportunities that inspire children's curiosity.
- Recognises and makes the most of teachable moments.
- Can confidently observe, assess and plan for children's development.
- Works well both independently and as part of a supportive team.
