We are looking for an experienced, Childcare Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our team at Cosy Corner Day Nursery - Oxton. The nursery has an outstanding reputation in the local community and is in a prime location. This role is part-time with opportunities of 3 or 4 days for the right candidate, between 24 and 32 hours a week.

Cosy Corner Day Nursery is a wonderful family-run nursery that is a key part of the local community, providing the highest standards of care and education to ensure children are supported to be their best individual self.

To apply for this role, you must hold a minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.

Are you the ideal candidate? Do you have the relevant qualifications and have at least 6 months experience working at Level 3 or above? Are you an energetic and innovative individual who enjoys working in a creative setting? Are you able to work to high standards and use your initiative as required by the job? Are you in tune with a child’s interests and able to capture those “teachable” moments, while inspiring awe and wonder in each individual child to extend on their learning and development outcomes? Do you have experience of taking responsibility for key children’s learning development and can monitor, assess, and record children’s outcomes? Can you evaluate and plan challenging yet fun next steps?
