About IPSD: Caterpillar's Industrial Power Systems Division (IPSD) designs, tests and manufactures 0.5 to 18L Cat and Perkins engines that power over 5000 applications including Marine, Petroleum, Industrial Applications, Electric Generators, and Locomotives. The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly organised, detailâdriven Marketing Execution Team Leader to oversee the endâtoâend delivery of marketing campaigns across both the Cat and Perkins brands. In this role, you will translate strategy into execution, partnering closely with the strategy, engines and aftermarket groups to ensure flawless, onâtime, and highâimpact delivery. Youâre a systems thinker who thrives in fastâpaced environments, excels in orchestrating complex workflows, and loves turning big ideas into measurable outcomes.
What you Will Do:
- Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and deadlines.
- Manage existing marketing tools and platforms, while identifying, evaluating, and developing new solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate crossâfunctionally across enterprise teamsâincluding strategy, sales, marketing, product, dealers, and distributorsâto enhance the quality, agility, and impact of global marketing activities.
- Oversee marketing tools that support the Cat and Perkins network, and conduct regular channel webinars to educate, align, and support marketing deliverables.
- Own the global project plan for all marketing execution deliverables from planning through deployment and measurement.
- Drive process improvements, defining workflows, templates, and best practices that support consistent, efficient campaign delivery.
- Manage budgets and resources, ensuring accurate forecasting and optimal allocation to maximise efficiency and campaign impact.
- Develop performance metrics to demonstrate ROI, drive continuous improvement, and support stakeholder reporting and expectations.
- Ensure brand and message consistency across all executed materials and partnerâdelivered content.
- Manage vendors and agency partners, ensuring all work is delivered onâbrief, onâtime, and onâbudget.
What You Will Have:
- Customer Focus: Extensive Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), with hands-on experience developing and executing targeted programs to engage priority accounts and accelerate revenue.
- Collaborating: Extensive Experience working with global teams and proven success leading large, cross-functional marketing initiatives.
- Creativity: Extensive Experience with a deep understanding of digital and offline marketing channels.
- Effective Communications: Extensive Experience with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relationship Management: Extensive Experience in marketing execution, account management, or marketing operations.
- Strategic Thinking: Working Knowledge with demonstrated background in Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Vendor/Supplier Management: Extensive Experience.
- Promotion and Marketing Communications: Extensive Experience with a deep understanding of digital and offline marketing channels.
Additional Info: The role may require up to 25% travel (domestic and international). The role is based at the Peterborough facility 5 days per week.
