As an EHS Supervisor, you will lead Environmental, Health and Safety activities across the facility, ensuring full compliance with legal and company standards. Beyond this, you will play a pivotal role in raising standards above compliance, driving continuous improvement and embedding a proactive, high-performing safety culture across the site. You will act as a key influencer in shaping behaviours and advancing EHS excellence.
As an EHS Supervisor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Manage the facility risk assessment programme, ensuring hazards are identified early and control measures are robust, forward-looking, and continuously improved beyond minimum compliance.
- Define and implement EHS training requirements that not only meet regulatory needs but build strong capability and safe behaviours across the workforce.
- Audit EHS programmes to ensure compliance with legislation and company standards, while identifying opportunities to enhance and exceed current practices.
- Monitor and analyse EHS performance data, using insights to anticipate risks, influence decisions, and drive measurable improvements.
- Lead incident investigations, ensuring high-quality root cause analysis (RCCA), application of Just Culture principles, and a strong focus on prevention and learning.
- Collaborate across functions and coach the Hourly EHS team, embedding EHS into daily operations and driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

- Risk Management: Applies risk assessment tools to effectively manage current hazards while proactively identifying and mitigating future risks, supporting a shift beyond reactive compliance.
- Collaboration: Works effectively across teams to influence behaviours and integrate EHS into business activities, ensuring safety is prioritised beyond compliance obligations.
- Qualification: NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), providing the foundation to manage risk, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in EHS standards.
- Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Policy Compliance: Develops and implements EHS policies that not only meet legal requirements but advance best practice and strengthen a culture of safety excellence.
- Decision Making & Critical Thinking: Uses structured thinking, data, and insight to make informed decisions that balance compliance with innovation and continuous improvement.
