Caterpillar Desford Paint Facility is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to provide weekend maintenance coverage (Fri–Sun).
The role focuses on planned maintenance, improving reliability and reducing downtime in paint and production facilities.
You will diagnose faults, conduct inspections, and document activities in the CMMS while working with cross-functional teams to identify improvements.
A time-served background and NVQ3 in engineering are preferred, with safety as a priority.
