This family owned Country House Hotel has been owned by the same family for nearly 30 years and sits in the most picturesque location in Cornwall. It has the highest standards of traditional hospitality and the personal touches that make for an exceedingly comfortable stay all year round. Sitting in a secluded bay surrounded by landscaped gardens. It boasts two restaurants both being recognised for there culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

Working as a Chef de Partie you will be working as part of a busy team, ensuring that your section is always clean and tidy. You will have a desire to learn and develop with the team, have a real passion for food, have an eye for detail and be able to work under pressure. A good communicator and organised is also very important.
