We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join this Michelin Starred restaurant in Berkshire, with a salary package of up to £24k.

About the Hotel:

This beautiful hotel sits in 240 acres of picturesque parkland, featuring an equestrian centre, polo fields, kids club, and plenty of outdoor pursuits. The restaurant was proudly awarded the Michelin star of excellence and showcases a modern outlook on classic British dishes with stunning views across the terrace. For a more relaxed and rustic dining experience, there is also a 2AA Rosette restaurant offering a delicious brasserie style menu of comfort food in an informal setting.

Working as a Food & Beverage Supervisor:

  • Responsible for the smooth running of shifts.
  • Create and maintain a team environment and motivate and train team members.
  • Direct and support the team in their daily responsibilities during service.
  • Ensure that all restaurant documentation is accurate, clean, and available at all times.
  • Maintain a high level of presence within the restaurant and confidently communicate with guests to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Deputise in the absence of a manager and be responsible for closing the restaurant at the end of the evening.
