Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Catering Assistant/Driver to join our dynamic team in Tavistock, United Kingdom.

In this role, you will play a vital part in our catering operations by assisting with food preparation and ensuring timely delivery of meals to serve meals at a second school locations.

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality food and snacks in compliance with established recipes and standards
  • Transport food and catering supplies safely and efficiently to designated service locations using your own vehicle
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen, counter, and service areas at all times
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by serving meals and interacting professionally with all customers
  • Comply with all Health and Safety regulations, Food Safety standards, and company procedures
  • Perform vehicle maintenance checks and ensure your vehicle is in safe, roadworthy condition
  • Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and service deadlines
  • Represent our organization positively and uphold our brand values in all interactions
  • Support team members in a collaborative and inclusive manner
  • Report any safety concerns or issues promptly to management

Qualifications

  • Valid full driving license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate and maintain your own vehicle
