We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Mobile Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team in Manchester, United Kingdom. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple catering locations, providing essential support to our site-based teams while maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and customer service. As a mobile catering assistant, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional hygiene standards across all our facilities in the Manchester area.

  • Assist in the preparation of high-quality food and snacks, following all recipes and portion guidelines with precision.
  • Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards across all assigned locations.
  • Keep kitchen, counter, and service areas in an immaculate and organized state at all times.
  • Deliver friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to all customers, creating a positive dining experience.

  • Support site-based teams by adapting quickly to different kitchen environments and workflows.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in food preparation or catering assistance (or equivalent transferable experience).
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driving license (essential for mobile role).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent food safety qualification.
