Job Description: We are seeking a HR Advisor who wishes to develop their skills within our busy People team. As well as advising on all people-related issues such as absence, performance management and disciplinary and grievance cases, key tasks will include providing people-based metrics, attending some performance-based meetings and taking meeting notes and supporting the wider HR team. This is a busy role and involves a lot of teamwork so you will need to be a great communicator and be able to organise your time and work on your own initiative where required. Most of all you should be a real people person who is happy to help support our managers and teams. If you have the drive and passion you will be a great success.
