Contract internship role located in Bristol, England, working within the South West region as part of the Food Safety and Health and Safety Team. The position is term‑time only (Monday‑Friday) with flexibility considered and requires occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake food safety and health and safety compliance audits at primary and secondary sites, ensuring Caterlink policies and processes are fully implemented and reporting findings.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure audit findings are actioned and signed off.
- Support changes to food legislation or company policy implementation.
- Assist in rolling out safety initiatives and information to meet company expectations.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
- Ensure all required training is completed.
Qualifications
- Level 2 qualification in Food Safety and Health and Safety.
- Demonstrated understanding of driving a safety culture.
- Professional approach to time, cost and deadline management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Experience in the catering sector is desirable.
- Full driving licence and personal car.
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure and satisfactory references required.

- Pay: £13.25 per hour.
- Monthly car allowance plus fuel costs reimbursed.
