We are looking for an experienced Group Manager to manage a group of schools in Essex. The portfolio consists of four primary schools and two secondary schools all within the same education trust. Previous catering and operational management experience is essential. This is a term-time only role with an additional two weeks to cover events, mobilisations and training days.

- Attend term-time activity with an additional two weeks to cover events, mobilisations and training days.
- Complete required checks (enhanced DBS) as part of the appointment process.
- Previous catering and operational management experience is essential.
- Experience managing multiple sites within an educational or similar multi-site environment is desirable.
- Ability to build credibility, lead teams, and develop client relationships.
