We are hiring for a Cook at Thistley Hough Academy, who wants to ensure our future generations are provided with nutritionally balanced and tasty food. This role is full time, no weekends – so is great for those looking for flexibility.
- £12.71 per hour
- 32.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
- 38 working weeks per year
Responsibilities
- To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
- To ensure that all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are followed and all mandatory paperwork is completed accurately and with integrity
- To ensure that the company\'s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded
- To support your line manager with the day‑to‑day running of the location, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
