We are hiring for a Head Cook at Norwich Primary Academy, who wants to ensure our future generations are provided with nutritionally balanced and tasty food. This role is full time, no weekends, so it is great for those looking for flexibility.
Role details:
- £13.00 per hour
- 35 hours per week working Monday - Friday
- 38 working weeks per year
Responsibilities:
- To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client.
- To ensure that all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are followed and all mandatory paperwork is completed accurately and with integrity.
- To ensure that the company's reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded.
- To support your line manager with the day-to-day running of the location including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans.
