Geography will be Middlesbrough, Hull, Bradford and Rotherham areas, with a £22M turnover covering 163 schools.
As Operations Director you will deliver against KPIs for Health and Safety, Retention, Quality and Finance.
You will lead teams, foster strong client relationships and act as a commercially astute leader who can shape and implement the business strategy across the region.
